Can we flat iron and curl the hair?
Answer:
Yes! Our hair extension can be flat ironed and/or curled with any hot tools. We suggest that the costumer uses aheat protectant when using any heat sothe hair doesn't get damaged. An other great alternative would be to use flexi rods or rollers.
Question:
Any reasons why my hair is tangling?
Answer:
The hair extension could be tangling due to dryness, dirt build-up, oils or any type of chemicals like chlorine and salt water. It can also occur when the hair is not combed through properly on a daily basis. Please look at our hair guide for more information on proper care of our hair.
Question:
Can the hair be dyed and/or bleached?
Answer:
Yes it can! Understand bleaching and dying the extensions means that you are modifing the original state of the hair. Which means the hair will no longer be unprocessed. Any type of chemical used that modifies the original state of the hair is considered processed. Please be sure to ask your hairstylist for any help to maintain the health and the longevity of the hair.

What is HD Lace?
Answer:
HD Lace is a light, delicate and softer swiss lace that looks more natural when melted into the skin perfectly.
Question:
What is the difference between your normal lace and HD Lace?
Answer:
Our HD Lace gives a more natural hairline look when melted into the skin. Compared to our natural swiss lace which is a tinted medium brown and is pretty strong, the HD Lace is a delicate transparent lace.

What kind of payment do you take?
Answer:
