The costumer has 24 hours after the purchase to cancel. Otherwise, we will have to start the process

Delivery fees are included in all payments.
As soon as the item(s) are shipped, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur. Please contact your local post office.
We are not responsible for any lost item(s) as soon as the item(s) are shipped.
For sanitary reasons, all of our hair extensions and/or products are final sales. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If for some reason if the costumer believes that they received defective merchandise or products, please DM us in our instagram @jlcollection.store. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. The hair extension (including wigs) cannot be brushed, combed , cut, taken out of the bundle or fingered through. We understand that their can be cases where the costumer will need to return or exchange their order. The JLCOLLECTION STORE team would be happy to accomodate the costumer in any way shape or form.
Please understand that lace closures and frontals are really delicate pieces and for that reason those items cannot be replaced or exchanged.

IF IT'S B.Y.O.H.(BRING.YOUR.OWN.HAIR.) ONLY CHOOSE THE COSTUM WIGS OPTIONS AND DM US @JLCOLLECTION.STORE ON INSTAGRAM AFTER THE PAYMENT MADE, WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS THERE.
Understand that if you decide to use our B.Y.O.H. option, you are responsible for the quality of the hair brought to us. We do not treat, clean and/or fix the quality of the hair brought to us. We ONLY contruct the wig! We can confirm our hair quality but not the quality from other compagnies. We only treat, bleach, pluck the hair through the request of the client.
We do not refund costum wigs! Once it's made, started the process of the wig process, no cancels can be made. Please make sure to verify the previous policies made earlier: ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED ONLY WITHIN 24 HOURS. Otherwise no cancel can be made.
Every sale on our website are finale. If the costumer received an defective item(s), we suggest the costumer to redirect to our instagram @jlcollection.store and Dm us. We will accomodate the client there.
Costum wigs options are FINAL SALES! If you feel like the wig was not constructed correctly, we can try to fix it by DM us on IG: @jlcollection.store.
